I had to work on all the concepts and designs, perform investigation on product images, overall brand feels and understand the client’s vision, all this since they only sent the product image.
To create the design concept I checked Aveeno’s social media, website and the pdf with the guidelines that the client sent. Taking that into consideration I decided to focus on the product category (babies) and the ingredients of the lotion and shampoos, so I added a teddy bear and leaf of whole oats to represent the concept, to give the design a more realistic feel I added shadows and lights this made it look more as composition between the products and the supporting elements, finally I noticed that the client tends to use solid colors as backgrounds so I decided to use this design decision for the color palette.
